I'm very excited to say that Delaney is a big girl now!! She drinks out of big girl cups and ....she no longer wears diapers! I knew as soon as she figured out what life was like without diapers she'd never wear them again. She's so proud of herself and has impressed all of us with how fast she learned. It seems as if she's grown up overnight. Today was registration for Preschool. That was tough. I totally cried when I drove away. Is she ready for this? I know I'm not!
Bryse is so big now too. He's already almost 9 months old!! He's crawling everywhere and cruising on everything. He wants to walk so bad so that he can chase Delaney around. I was so surprised last week when I realized that I am having problems producing any more milk for him so now he is strictly on the formula. That hit me hard! It must be nature's way of telling me to let go....and the fact that he has teeth and kept on biting me when I was nursing him helped too!
Preschool registration and no more breastfeeding in one week! I'm soooo sad!! My babies aren't babies...Where did the time go?!?!

Marci, I am so glad to see you blogging. Be careful it can be very addicting. Time does go by so much faster when you have kids. Delaney will be fine and what you are feeling is very normal. My kids were never in day care but I remember the first day of kindergarten being hard. Bryse will chasing after her in no time and just think the older they get the less baby stuff you have to carry around.
Ok, I am so excited to see another blog, I am going to try and set one up myself, if I can figure it out! Don't worry Delaney will have Riley to show her the ropes of Preschool, she will be there one more year (Tue/Thur). And then its Kindergarden!
Yes! Go Laney! Potty-training is so great. I feel your pain marcy. Degan will be one in just over a month! Kodi wants to be just like he cousins out here, wich means less time for uncool Mommy :( I can't believe how big they both are!
